How does this package works?

Our Smart Home Lighting Packages streamline your home upgrade by first asking you to select the appropriate property package (Condominium, Terrace/Landed, etc.), which determines the size and scope of your project. Next, you choose a feature tier (Starter, Essential, Pro, or Star), defining the technology level—from standard LED lighting (Starter) to full premium smart control (Star). Once the package is confirmed, we initiate a personalised lighting consultation where our experts review your home layout to provide tailored recommendations, guiding you in selecting the best combination of fixtures (downlights, track lights, etc.) from your chosen tier to ensure every space is perfectly illumiated.

Which package is best for a first-time smart home user?

For first-time smart home users, we typically recommend either the Essential or the Pro package.

  • The Essential Package is a great starting point if you primarily want smart control for your most-used areas, such as the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

  • The Pro Package is the better choice if you are aiming for a more complete full smart home automation experience across a wider area of your home, offering a richer set of smart features and premium lighting fixtures right from the start.

Does the package include pairing services?

Pairing requires access to your personal Smart Home application and login details, which, for security and privacy, should remain in your control. Additionally, by pairing the lights yourself, you can easily re-pair them in the event of any network disruption.

What if I need extra items, such as smart switches, ceiling fans, or additional lighting fixtures?

Absolutely, yes! We understand every home is unique. You are welcome to add-on any extra devices like smart switches, smart fans, or other lighting fixtures to your package. The cost for these additional items will simply be a top-up based on their standard selling price. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for customization—you only pay for the products you add.

Are these prices one-time fees, or are there any recurring subscription costs?

These prices are one-time fees. There are no recurring subscription costs or hidden charges associated with any of our lighting packages. The price you see includes the products and the specific 20-minute lighting consultation for that package.

The only cost not covered is the shipping or delivery fee, which will be calculated and added separately based on your location.

What kind of "smart" functionality is included?

Our packages feature the popular Smart Tuya Home Lighting System. This means that any functions or features available within the Smart Tuya application are included, as all our lighting products support this integration. This allows you to control all your lights dimming, scheduling, setting scenes, and automation from a single, convenient app. This single-app control simplifies your smart home experience by eliminating the need to juggle multiple applications.

Regarding physical remote control: Remote control functionality is subject to the specific lighting fixtures chosen, as some models support it. If you require a physical remote control for compatible fixtures, it is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee.

Do these packages include installation, or is the price only for the products and consultation?

The package prices cover the products and the lighting consultation service only. They do not include installation or wiring work.

To begin the consultation and design process, we require the full package amount to be paid upfront. Please also note that not all our lighting products are not available immediately on the spot; an ordering time of 3 to 7 working days is required before the products are ready for delivery or collection.

How do I claim the warranty if a product fails?

Should a product fail within the warranty period, you have two convenient options for making a claim:

Mail-in: You can send the faulty product back to us.

In-Store Drop-off: You may bring the product directly to one of our physical store locations. Please contact us to find the nearest drop-off point.

What does Easy maintenance lighting setup entail?

The Easy Maintenance Lighting Setup primarily refers to our use of retrofit Smart LED Eyeballs (unless you choose an alternative fixture). This design is intended for ultimate convenience: in the event of a light failure or when the product reaches the end of its lifespan, you can easily and safely replace the light source yourself without needing an electrician, minimizing long-term maintenance hassle and cost.

Can I customize a package, or mix and match items from different tiers?

Yes, you certainly can customize your order and select items individually from any tier.
